We have updated our price services as follow:

Free Diagnostic (for any machine brought to our office)

On site work(at customer's home or office): $125 for the first hour, then $100 thereafter. Any machine brought to our office will receive a free diagnostic.

For repair done in our office: Free diagnostic applies. The customer is then contacted and an estimate is given. Charges for the repair will depend on parts and softwares installed as well as labour.
We DO NOT charge by the hour. No charges will be applied if the customer does not approve the repair and chooses to pick up the computer instead.
