  Saturday. Internet down. Router is deffective. Replaced router. Internet still doesn't work. Contacted verizon. They will send someone on tuesday 28

  Problem: Internet page doesn't stay opened.
Solution: Removed pop up blocker and reset Internet explorer. Renewed Antivirus software for, it was out of date. Also checked other computers. everything works fine now
